When you register with the Net Zero Community app, we ask you to enter your name and email address. These are stored on your device and on our servers. We use these to enable you to log in, and to permit other users to identify and contact you when you choose to contribute content to the app. We do not use them for any other purpose. Your chosen password is stored encrypted on our servers and cannot be reverse-engineered.

 

We do not collect any other personal information. However, you should be aware that by uploading your user-generated content, you may be volunteering further personal information.

We may record usage of the app, using anonymised IDs and tokens, in order to improve our service to you and develop our future products.

If you want your account and any associated content to be deleted, please email nzcsupport@theridgegroup.com from the email address with which you registered the account.
